Thank you for taking a few minutes to prepare your Custom Experience by reading through my studio policies.

(**These studio policies are non-negotiable.)

What To Bring:

-Your wedding day shoes

-Any specific skin toned undergarments you are wanting to wear under your gown

When to arrive:

-Please do not arrive early, just be on time. 

*If you do arrive early, please communicate with me and ask if I am ready for you to head in before our set fitting time.

How to arrive:

-Be freshly showered and clean for all your gown fittings. Avoid heavy/thick deodorant or make-up, and do not wear perfume, oils, lotions, etc.

- I have a strict no-smoke policy - If there is any smell of cigarettes (or any other smoke smell) on you, or your guest, we will re-schedule the fitting appointment for a different time when you can appropriately arrive smoke-smell free. To avoid issues in this area, do not bring guests who have a smoking habit or who guests who live with a smoker. There will be a $75 non-refundable, non-negotiable rescheduling fee.

Who can come:

You are welcome to bring one female guest with you (I do not make exceptions and I do not allow men in my studio).  If you’d prefer to come solo that is just fine, too. (Unfortunately my studio is not handicap accessible. If you have in mind to bring a grandmother, please let her know that there are stairs to walk up.)

Fitting Appointment Timeframes:

-Plan for 4 appointments.

- Please avoid changing pre-set appointments.

-The first appointment will be our Body Measurements Appointment. It will be scheduled 12 weeks before your wedding date and will require 15minutes of time. You should remain the same weight once these measurements are taken.

-The second appointment will be our First Fitting Appointment. It will be scheduled 8 weeks before your wedding date and require 1hr of time and all alterations will be decided and pinned at appointment. 

-The third appointment will be our Second Fitting Appointment. It will be scheduled 6 weeks before your wedding date and will require 30minutes of time. We will check the overall fit of the gown and identify any small touch-ups that may be needed.

-The fourth appointment will be our Final Try-On Appointment. It It will be scheduled 4 weeks before your wedding date and will require 30minutes of time. We will try the gown on a final time, video the bustling process, and you will take your gown home at this appointment. 

-An additional fitting appointment charge will apply under certain circumstances. For example: If the wedding day shoes are not brought to a fitting and an additional fitting needs to be scheduled just for the hem, an additional fitting charge would apply. 

-An additional fitting charge may also apply under the circumstance of late fitting cancelations or changes with 24hr or less notification time.

-Fitting appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8am-12pm.

Communication:

Email is my source for all business communication. I do not offer phone calls or test messages. Email provides a professional written record of all previous discussions in one place - this is for both yours and my benefit and protection. A 24-48 hour response time M-F can be expected.
