FAQ and Helpful Information
Ordering and Processing Timelines:
We recommend booking your try-on 9-12months before your wedding date and ordering bridal gowns 8 months in advance to ensure for a smooth timeline. Please see each piece for average processing timeframes. If you are in need of a rushed piece, please email hello@abbymalloyllc.com. Abigail Parker Bridal does not include alterations on any item, unless the bride chooses to purchase the “Custom Alterations Experience” which will include body contouring alterations, a hem, and a bustle. Each bride should otherwise anticipate needing basic alterations from a bridal alterations specialist.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns:
Abigail Parker Bridal does not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns as each item is made to order. Items are not eligible for cancellation.
What is a Try-On Experience?
An in-studio Try-On Experience is encouraged 9-12 months before the wedding date. All try-on experiences are by inquiry only and based on Abigail Parker Bridal availability. The Try-On Experience will be 75minutes long and the bride may bring up to and no more than two female guests. The Try-On Experience cost is $125. Try-on appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8am-12pm.
What is a Custom Experience?
All Custom Experiences are by inquiry only and based on Abigail Parker Bridal availability. This experience is designed to create and fit the gown more precisely to the bride’s body measurements 12 weeks before her wedding date. It includes fitting appointments and alterations on the hem length, strap or shoulder length, bodice and waistline, and a bustle. The process will be completed 4 weeks before the wedding date. The Custom Experience cost is $1,200. Custom Experience appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8am-12pm.
